I served in the same company (1970) that Rod served in
(Vietnam). He was a good and honorable man. He will be

Rodney was one of my pals there in the "Avenues Hood"
where we grew up. We did a lot of fishing together. Like
his Dad, the Hamms Beer guy, he always had a grin on
his face and a chuckle I will never forget. I am sorry for
the loss of his loved ones. I wish I would have known he
lived in Quemado. I have fished the lake there many

Sadly, our Brother Trooper,  Rodney "Rod"
Hart, passed away September 30, 2013 in
Quemado, New Mexico. He had resided in
Yuma, Arizona for  many years and  worked
at the Yuma Post Office until he retired as a
Disabled Veteran. He served in the Army in
Vietnam. Rodney is survived by his son
Lonny Hart, daughter-in-law Ashley, two
grandsons Kash & Krew Hart, brother
Clifford (Kip) Hart and his wife Kathy. The
Memorial Graveside Service was held at
Desert Lawn in Yuma on Saturday, October
12, 2013 at 9:00 AM. A Life celebration
followed at 11:00 AM at one of Rodney's
favorite places "Lute's Casino."

Our Brother Rod is Now Gone,
But He IS Never Forgotton!!
